Build me a Java EE web application

The application I need to build is a web based multiple user application. This is meant for a personal project and not commercial use, so security is not of high importance, since fake money is used. I will describe now what it needs to entail but the exact specifications will be sent in a personal message, as it is a lot of text. The users of this web app should be able to create their account and profile page and interact with other users through a web interface. The users will create different kinds of instances that will store information in a database. Users should be able to store information on each other's instances. All the accounts will use virtual(fake) money, since this is just a personal project and not for commercial use. The administrator should be able to access all instances these users create as well as their accounts. The app will use the following technologies: JavaServer Faces ( JSF ) to create the user interface Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs) to design the business logic Java Persistence (JPA) to design the data tier REST services After the web application is completed I will need a short report explaining the different technologies, the thought process behind the design and how the technologies and methods interact with each other. This report doesn't need to be written perfect but it needs to provide me with enough information as to how the system works. I recommend writing this report while building the application to also document the sequence of building the app and to make sure nothing is left out.
