Hi, I have extended knowledge of the Bukkit and Spigot API and can easily create this plugin for you. This would be my first job in freelancer and would really appreciate it! I’ve worked on a number significantly featured plugins and I am confident in Java development I will be storing the bans in a yaml file as this is highly implemented within the Bukkit api and extensively tested.
