JS manipulation webtite content from third party

I need the next code: JS that call WS from website and get an order from there to make manipulation on the dom by sending back to the page JS that change the data. For example the WS identify the page that call him and decide that every time he match the word ‘Mango’ in plain text, he wrap the text with link (Mango > <a href=”[login to view URL]”>Mango + timestamp</a>) This manipulation should execute of course, on the page load. so i need 2 elements: 1. JS that call WS and get back respohnse and change with it the page. 2. WS (I preffer java - jersey, but it's not must), that get the request from the page, manipulate it and return the response to the JS that build the html page with it. tnx
