I can create any html template to Yii2 themes. Q2: which Yii extension have you used for RBAC? I always use RABC in Yii2 applications , for RBAC i always used Yii2 inbuilt RBAC not any kind of extension because I already I have my own developed module for RBAC. Lets discuss further over chat.
