Hello, I require a pre-contract written for my company. If I am happy with the final product I will return to the same freelancer for the final contract to be written also. Both the pre-contract and contract needs to be professional, delivered quickly, accurate and contain all the legal clauses required, that being said, I am happy for it to be kept relatively simple and to the point. The pre-contract/contract is to be written for my company to provide to a client. My company will be developing a web-based application for the client, however my company will retain all rights to the product on completion. They are to pay a deposit, sign the contract and then upon completion of the web-app, the client will pay on a monthly basis for the use and maintenance of the application.
