Hello , I administrated and designed few networks for medium ISP/WISP . Bigest has over 1000 pppoe customers. I have a lot of experience with mikrotik devices - firewall setup , QoS, queue (limit speed for customers), programming. My questions are : - how many pppoe users you expect to have in that network ? - pppoe authentication will be local ? you add manually users/password on an mikrotik pppoe server or you want to use a radius server to manage pppoe authentication? - link between main router and customers CPE will be cooper/fiber or you must use wifi ? Are just question to have an idea about what you need like main router model and others. I'm pretty sure I can do this project. For 40Hr /week my hourly rate is less than 30NZD .
