PFSense setup and optimized

Hey all I am new to creating a PFSense box so I would like an experienced PFSense experts' help in getting this up and running so that it doesn't take me so long to do so myself. My set-up for PFSense is this: Running version 2.2. Atom motherboard [[login to view URL]]. 8 LAN ports. 4gb DDR3 ram. 128gb ssd HD. 1 WAN connected to a 150mb up/down Fiber Optics Internet connection. 7 LANs. I currently have it running (and working) with just the WAN port and 1 LAN port which hooks up to a gigabyte switch and then to a PC for testing purposes (the PC has the correct IP address that I set and also internet). What I am needing is this: 1) Configure all LANs 2-8 to be like a fail-safe. Have all LANs 2-8 as DHCP so that, say, if i disconnect LAN2 from the switch its connected to then the PC(s) that are using that switch still have LANs 3-8 connected to that switch to stay on-line with (no downtime since it still has those other connections from the PFSense box). 2) I would like it also to be configured with load balancing. 3) Install and configure for the following packages: -Squid. -Snort. -PFblocker -HAVP. -Country block. 4) Anything else you feel that would be good to do in order to optimize the PFSense box. As with this type of environment the guru I choose for this project needs to have clear instructions as to what I need to do since 50% of the time it wont be on-line for you to log into and configure yourself. So please keep this in mind when placing a bid for this project. Those who can provide screen shots for the steps will have a better chance in getting this job than those who just type out step by step instructions.
