Have you programmed the helio-stats to focus on one place? And about what shape mirror to use? If you focus more light on a smaller area to get a higher temperature, you get a higher efficiency.. atleast for stirling engines and other piston cylinder arrangements. Am not so sure about turbines but I think it's likely the case for them too.
