Metatrader Trade manager

I would like a metatrader4 trade manager programmed that would provide the following. [login to view URL] ability to enter the market with virtual or stealth buystops or sellstops and buylimit, selllimit or just at market. 2. Entry/ pending order placement would either be accomplished with Hot-keys or visually by the placing of screen objects. 3. There would be an option for the stoploss/takeprofits to be either live or virtual once the entry order was live. 4. Orders could be split into one, two or three lots to manage up to three profit targets, the first two would be pips profit based targets the third could have the option to remain open until, in the case of a short position, the price rose above a specifiable (in text) parameter such as a named line or moving average drawn on the chart for instance, and below a specifiable target line in the case of a long position. For instance Price > "SRL" or Price < "SRH" with SRL and SRH being named horizontal lines on the chart. 5. The stop loss(s) and the first two Takes Profit targets would be specifiable as a percentage of ATR + Spread, with the ATR period also being specifiable. For example if ATR period = 5, SL% = 1.0 TakeProfit1 = 0.75 TakeProfit1 = 2.0 ( Note:the SL values would be expressed as follows: 1 = 100% , 1.25 = 125% , 0.75 = 75% of ATR + spread) etc. Presuming the 5 period ATR was 40 and the spread was 3, this would mean: The initial stop would = 43, The initial Take profit would be at 33 pips and the second take profit woud be 83pips. (the thrid take profit would run until the specified criteria was met. 6. All stops to be reduced by X% when price has moved Y% towards the first target. 7. Remaining stops to be moved to breakeven when the first target is reached. 8. When the second target is reached the remaining position as moved to X% of the of the first target. The pending orders and stops would be adjustable on screen prior to being active and also once the positions were live 11. When a profit target is reached and taken the corresponding stop is closed. 12. When the second target is reached the remaining position as moved to 70% of the of the first target 13. When the third (final) position is closed it would also close the remaining hard stop. 14. The EA could be able to manage Standard, Mini and Micro lots, 4 and 5 digit brokers and currency prefixes of suffixes.
