Simple Iphone Slider Application

I am looking for a Simple Slider application for Iphone. It must be workable so that it can be submitted to the app store with minor changes and uplifting. The developer must transfer the whole Xcode project after completion and payment. I will retain the complete rights to use and submit the application as my own. Application Details: The interface must be blank. There must be one slider and one label. The slider needs values from 1 to 60 and the label value will be updated accordingly.
