Need an android app which can perform below activities. Local database. No online dependency. user uploads data every month through excel file, which is of 25000 records. upon upload, new data has to append to old data & remove duplicates. user performs search by entering few values to find the result. Applications returns relevant information of the search results. user selects one of the search result to fetch more details.

hi, I have developed such app before. The data will be visible through a searchable view. on click of filtered item user will view or perform the task. Then on sync the local data on device will go to server through multi threaded web service call. we also need to develop a web service end point in server app to capture user's data and store into server's db( by filtering) existing data ( means update the existing record and insert the new record). I will do it 4-5 days. regards
