Android Phone and TV Application - Ruby on Rails Backend

I need an android phone and tv application built for my OTT web application. Currently I manage all content, authentication and subscriptions through my web application which is built in ruby on rails. The stack of my ROR web application is as follows: Ruby Version: 2.2.6p396 Rails Version: 5.2 Authentication: Devise gem [login to view URL] Subscription/Payment: Stripe [login to view URL] Video host: Brightcove [login to view URL] Frontend: Zurb Foundation 6 [login to view URL] // What the web app does // The web application is a OTT application like Netflix. We host videos and play them via the brightcove API. People also sign up to a subscription using the Stripe API. On successful signup the user can watch a their favorite shows which is broken down into show>season>episode. There is also a page where the user can filter videos by tags or by searching. // What I need the android phone and tv app to do // Allow customers to signup to a subscription using the stripe API, OR Login using their email and password. These credentials need to authenticate through a token using our existing web application and the Devise gem. Users should be able to navigate and search for videos once logged in. PLEASE NOTE: Creative will be supplied for both the TV and android apps. // ADDITIONAL // The chosen freelancer will also need to deploy both phone and tv app to the Google play store.
