Build me a smartphone App -- 2

Hi, we wanna an App to analyze users’ monthly expenses and collect them by different categories. For example: Week1: Week2: Fruit: $35 Fruit: $70 Takeaway: $700 Furniture: $300 ... ... Users could input their expenses and choose categories themselves. The app could provide serval common category options or input by users. And each month's spending needs to be compared to the previous three months' spending to see where the user needs to save. A clear bar chart is a good choice. Also, we want an interesting feature, that is randomly select dinner based on expenses for the first three weeks. Users need to first enter the budget they can use to spend this month, for example, a monthly salary of 3,000, minus all the spending for the first three weeks leaving $700. For the last week, we recommend a random food item each night based on their remaining 700 NZD, e.g. pizza, steak, etc. Of course, there are detailed rules, for example, if there is more than $500 left, then some more expensive food will be added to the random selection range, and if there is very little money left, then only cheap food will be selected. And more, our budget range is NZD $80—$150. We hope to receive the final product in one week. We do not have high requirements for user interface design, but you are welcome to display your own imagination.
