I have a app built using cordova, but it can no longer show notification with ios12. We are looking for someone to implement the needed changes to get data working again. Part of this will likely involve getting the app to work in the background consistently. Write a word apple pie on start of your proposal so that I convince you read my description. The app runs in a local environment and polls a local server for changes /info. Depending on polling results it needes to show an alert to the user. The polling and alert need to show no matter what app is currently visible. This all seems to work fine in ios 11, but not working on ios 12. Bid on only if you are experienced in codova push notification.
