Framer Prototype in Android APK

We are trying to package a Framer prototype into an APK using an embedded android WebView. We are able to display the html in the webview, but it always appears scaled as if it isn't taking the DPI of the phone into account. This occurs both in the simulator (Nexus 5X 420dpi) and physical phones. We need the android app and/or the Framer project modified so it appears correct when viewed on an Android Device. Attached is a PDF showing the problem and the desired output. A zip of the template Android project (Android Studio 3.0.1) and a sample Framer project will be provided. For deliverables, we need the code modifications as well as notes on the changes made.
