OCR Reader App (8, 12 ,16 and 14 Numerical Characters)

I need a Mobile App that recognises a different number of numerical characters after which it fills them to pre-edited characters. After successful reading/scan, all the characters are then transferred to the calls section of my phone. Where OTP is used to verify the success of the call/text delivered. This verification can be used to give the users points that are redeemable as digital products. There should be social login/registration as well as a refer a friend feature.
