Hello, a) Understanding: >> I understand that, we already have the recent database and data, we have to utilize that data to create and show in the app. And using that data we needs to develop some reports and tasks for offline use. b) Approach: >> 1) We will develop the anroid and iphone app ( native or cross ), Where will design the home screens according to your design thoughts and will send you for approval. >> 2) Once design approve we will integrate same design in both app. >> 3) we will develop the PHP API and connect the same through oracle database, which will fetch the data on demand. >> 4) Will test and upload the app to store. c) Questions 1) Do we have full access to that oracle database to develop the API? 2) Will you purchase & provide the required cloud server to upload those API ? 3) What data we needs to fetch through the database ? 4) Do you have any specific info on what type of reports / charts you want on the same ? 5) What are the categories here other this (Project Management, Financial, Inventory, Fleet Management)?
