Who can make me a sticker application (for Google Playstore, to use for example in Whatsapp)

Hello, My name is Claudio and I am a drawing artist from Belgium. I've been drawing for the British girlgroup called Little Mix for several years and my instagram is dedicated to them with 36K followers and growing. See my instagram @ Claudio_peeters Ive done some amazing thing for them, they posted it several times as well. Now I am looking for someone who can make a sticker apllication that you could download and use for by example for Whatsapp. My budget is Maximum 200 EURO. The stickers are already finished and need a very simple application for it. A Splash screen and just a page where they could download it with some information. Keep in mind that I am very serious about this project. When the project is finished keep in mind that I will give you credits as well and will send it to the management to Little Mix as well ^^. They already noticed it that I am working on this project. I am happy to send you pictures to proof.
