We are searching an efficient and cost effective 2 way solution/platform for bulk service in Brazil. We have own gateways, servers and data centers in Brazil. SMS Messages shall be logged to SQL DB (preferred MS SQL Server) for reporting and billing. Two SQL DB can be used, one for short term (less than 3 days) and one for longer storage - up to 60 days. After this period most of the logs can be deleted, except for logs of messages from chosen user IDs. Client and supplier interconnection shall be SMPP and HTTP, and customers may want to do file upload as well (txt, csv). The system must be able to check the operator of the targeted phone, an updated database is available, and route the messages accordingly. HTTP Programing is a must.
