Vocis Ltd. use an internally developed windows tool developed in C# (MS Visual Studio, .NET framework 4.0, Windows Forms). It is used for: - controlling administrative tasks (timesheets/holiday bookings / approved supplier lists / purchase requisitions / etc) - project reporting (project planning is completed in an excel docuement and information imported and used to track spend vs budget etc) - outputting data used for forecasting turnover, determining chargeability, resource planning etc. The desire is to develop the proejct management tool to be more user friendly, to better allow forecasting, and to better integrate the business management reporting aspects. Therefore Vocis are looking for a developer to determine how best to take this tool forwards to meet the increasing business needs using the vTime tool.
