We are looking for an astrology software based on Indian Vedic Astrology like Parasar Light or Kundli Chakra. The provider must have prior experience in building a similar software in the past. We have no hesitation in using already built software if you can provide it with source code without encryption. We must be able to use the source code to add new features. The source code should be in dotnet (asp.net/vb.bet). Bidders must prove his experience in building a similar software in the past. We require this software for Desktop , Mobile (Android, iphone, Blackberry) and Web based. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc.
