Onsite PA-500 firewall rack and mgmt ip address configuration

This is a simple task, We need someone to help racking one PA-500 firewall, and implement basic network configuration, do the IOS firmware upgrade. The job has to be done locally, and communicate with our remote Engineer to do the connectivity test. Candidate needs to be able to speak fluent English or Mandarin. Reading English document ability is a must.
