Looking for a photo editor (retouching and some manipulation) to work with and build a relationship with for ongoing projects. I need to spend more time travelling & shooting and less time editing. Dodging and burning is a MUST skill to have. In addition to having Jpeg images to work with some will be in RAW images. Most of the finished photos will be used on a travel website so I expect finished image size to be significantly low (in Kilobyte size) while maintaining visual photo quality. Good communication skills. Please do not apply if you do not possess this skills you will be tested. Please put the words "responsive & understood" in your bid if you've understood the project. Also include links to your past and most recent work when replying. Below is one photo image example show me what you can do. Reduce final edited image to size 150 kilobyte and include full size version.

I imagine project images in the future would require cutting and adjusting in a way to fit the website's layout to a pixel.
