Implement User Registration & Logic in PHP

I need user registration mechansim implemented for my website. This is a very simple task that should be quickly implemented. This project is however much simpler than the standard user registration, because of the simplicity it needs to be a custom job. You will not be able to use any ready scripts that you already have for this. A low offer with QUICK delivery will win this project. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
