I will provide a detailed scope document with table names, fields, form names, etc. within the next 2 days, but I just need to get a sense of the cost right away. The essence is this: A handful of forms that manage marketing campaigns. It would work with an existing table of company information. Step 1 is a Query Builder form-- to enable the user to provide 4-5 criteria, and have a preview form to view the resultset of the query. Once a query is generated, the user should be able to give the query a name (have that name saved as the campaign name) and then be sent via fax or email, and logging each company as having been sent out (associating it with that campaign). In bidding for this, please provide an idea of how you plan to implement the faxing/emailing functionality. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
