PHP Database website project

I need a database created which will integrate with my website that is written in PHP. I have another designer that handles the graphics and the majority of the site creation and maintenance that is unable to do database integration. He can handle the overall design but you will need to work with his code to integrate the features below. I need a database created to contain an inventory of products that will each have about 20-30 fields each. Some of these fields will be viewable and used by the external customer facing site for browsing and searching the inventory in the database. Some of the fields will be hidden and only accessible from a private section of the website after user name and password verification. The fields will need to be a mix of drop down lists, fill in the blank text, fill in the blank currency, photos (w/thumbnail views), and radio buttons. All entries into the database but be made and changed through a form driven web page located in the administration side of the website. Also, any drop down lists for fields must be able to be updated with new options, changes to current options, or deletions through the administration side. I expect the administration site will have multiple pages: one for user administration, one for inventory administration (including the normal ability to search), and one for database administration such as changing drop down menus. Plus anything else you need to create the functionality I’m asking for. This access must have three levels of user: a top level administrator with full access to everything; a mid-level administrator that has access to only records that are specified by a field or created by their users as well as admin permissions to work with the user accounts they create; a low lever user account with only access to records they create and no user level administration access. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Fully functional admin section of web site with all applicable admin pages to handle as an example: user creation, inventory modification, and inventory component modification. 5) Three levels of login functionality with specific administration options available based on level of user. 6) Database creation and integration 7) Customer facing Inventory page creation, integration, and search/filter display functionality with database. 8) Documentation details of all work including basic instructions on how to use the administration site.
