Complete a wordpress SaaS site with data-base - very collaboratively

To apply please read this description & answer the questions at the end. I have a largely completed SaaS website which I need help finishing. The site is hosted on a godaddy server, & is set up with st&ard website pages, but for all pages that interact with the database the php coding is embedded in a web template for that page. This allows me to be able to make small changes quickly whilst keeping costs down & be actively involved with the development. The website is being developed largely as a product test, so speed of development, cost of development & each of change/flexibility are all important. As the client I have a fair bit of experience with wordpress, know html, know a bit about how websites work (eg use of css, includes, etc) & have an underst&ing of databases. However I am not a php programmer & don’t know much about sql. My key challenge is that some of the functionality of the site isn’t complete, & I don’t have the time or the skill level to get it working quickly. 2 (but not all) of the existing issues are: - Some data tables which should be autofilled with prior entries are not autofilled. - Two pages which assemble documents from the page content are not working. Access to the data-driven part of the site is restricted to logged in users, & there are several levels of users. I envisage that the work will take about 15 to 20 hours. All work must be completed on my server. The person I am looking for to complete this project will have good wordpress/php/mysql experience in SaaS websites that can present data graphically, that can assemble other documents based off website data, & in user management The other aspect of this project is my search for a suitable SaaS developer to have a long term relationship with, potentially for projects with a similar architecture as described above, & very collaboratively. This is different to the conventional development process, whereby work is done on the developers own test server & the client’s involvement is limited to basically telling the developer what needs to be done, then testing & advising what needs to be fixed. Which can be slow & expensive. I am looking for a developer who will do the development on my server. Who will explain to me how they have done bits of the coding so I can tweak & play with things. In addition to working in this much more collaborative style, I am looking for a developer with great communication skills, who has reliable & good skype connection, & who is honest & won’t inflate their hours. SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES You need to have experience in similar projects, be an excellent communicator in English, be organised, reliable & flexible. How many sites have you set up that have document assembly: creating a .doc, .docx or .rtf document from a range of data fields? 8. Of those sites that you have set up that incorporate document assembly, how many of these, include graphs built from the graphing function? 9. Do you have any prior experience in doing development directly on a client’s server & with the high degree of collaboration as described above. Candidates will then be shortlisted.
