Finishing design soccer pages

Dear reader, My last designer had to stop with the project due health problems. Now I'm trying to find the best webdesigner with the best HTML skills. Who speak well English and who will finish this project on a short term base (maximum of two weeks). The project is for a soccer webpage. The last changes they made I have it in a JPEG file. And I had some little changes to be made. Besides that I made some other pages which I also made in JPEG. There is a total of 20 pages that must been made. A lot of the pages look the same, so it is easy to design. Besides the design everything has to be scaled and the same font must use everywhere. See the attached files for more info. I made a whole briefing in English and will send them to you if you are the person who can finish the job. First you change the design. Send it to me and if I gave you my approval, then you can start making the HTML part. It also must be W3C validated.
