We would like to create a Joomla site for our client. We’ve designed the layout and colour scheme for the site and know we would like to have someone convert it to a joomla template. The template has to be mobile friendly and compatible with all top 5 browsers. The template must validate to html standards. Please find attached the outline of the artwork. We need this quite quickly so if you haven’t got time to get this done in the next few days please do not bid. We will provide illustrator file to the winning designer to get started. Thank you
