232102 Data bridge phpBB to PHPList

Make a bridge between phpBB and PHPList that will keep the PHPList users database updated with phpBB members. 1. A script to import (do not import if an user email already exist) phpBB members to PHPList database. 2. A hack to phpbb registration form to include check box "Sign up for newsletter". if check box selected - new phpbb member is automaticaly added to phplist database also.
