eBay type auction site (Large Volume of Users)

This project is intended to be for a long term contact. Domain is already secured and informatoin will be released once attached confideniality agreement is signed and faxed back to us. We are looking for a design of an eBay type of auction site. This site needs to be supported for an unlimited number of users as well as auctions. Auction times will need to very as well as other features. Image upload and downloads will also need to be an option for each user. Payments will need to be integrated with paypal API as well as google API so knowledge of this will be required. Both servers will have to "Callback" to our checkout to confirm that the payment was recieved for the seller from the buying party. Future integration of [login to view URL] as well as Amazon payments will need to be possible. Also need to include integration with UPS, USPS, DHL, and FEDEX shipping systems for real time quotes based on the seller and buyers ZipCode. Design is to include the auction site itself (no standard auction software allowed - This is a custom build) with auction, dispute process, feedback, checkout, and product watching features. (Needs to be able to integrate "Store" option in the future. Needs included in design, but not functioning at this time) This bid is for the design, coding, installation, and support of the product. We will own the code for this product. Product is to be delivered within 45 days of close on bid. Once product is installed, support for 90 days after installation will be required. Payment will be made after that 90 day period following installation. Possible long term agreement may be made depending on design and functionability of the site. Confidential agreement must be signed and faxed back before futher inforamtion will be provided.
