Perl or VBScript query SNMP data

I need a script to GET SNMP data from a device and writing to a CSV log file.? There are 3 OID that need to be read as well as time and date for each line.? The interval should be 1 second and the CSV file should never contain more than 10 lines.? We need a 10 second snapshot at any given time.? I have all the OIDs and host and community string info.? ## Deliverables This should be relatively straight forward.? The interval of 1 second may not be possible, we need it to be as close as we can understanding that there may be latency issues.?
