Bootstrap template to website.

I have a website I need finished, I have set a deadline for myself on this project in January 1, 2014. I have been caught up a lot in work and will be for a while. So I need this project finished ASAP, because I still have to do all of the design work to it. I have a template of everything that I need just need to have the server side code for it all to work. I would like for this website to be built in ASP.NET Web Forms, using C#. If you can do the exact same stuff using PHP then that is okay too.
