Small Website Development

I need a website with the following main features : 1) Menus : About us, our process, current projects There will be 5 sub menu items under "Current projects" 2) Pages : About us, our process, seperate pages for 5 different projects. So in all, there will be around 7 pages. 3) A small Enquiry Form on every page. Enquiry Form will contain the following fields : Name, Phone number, email id, Message test box This form should be coded such that it is extendable at later stage. 4) For every page There should be a Facebook Share, Twitter Share, Facebook like button, google +1 button 5) I want complete code ownership, I already have web hosting, and domain name registered. We can dicsuss how to deploy the website. 6) I already have text and images to be used. I want 5 flash movies with 4-5 images in each flash file. The flash movie should be embedded in all 5 "project" pages. I should have option to disable the flash files as admin. You can ask for more clarifications. It will be a long term project, as I will be extending the site in future. So it would be better if you use some CMS (joomla or wordpress). Look and feel of the site should be professional. Please respond with some sample sites if you have made.
