Update site: front end design, back office CP, e-commerce, create PDF online based on data entered at CP

Existing Site description: This is a website providing online services to customers [login to view URL] Site has Front End for Customer Registration and E-commerce function. Site has basic Admin CP for Site Content Management and Customer Contact Management. Currently the Database is set up to record only one transaction per customer registration Part 1: The new design template: A new design template will be provided in PSD format. The Freelancer will need to convert to HTML and install the new design. Design is tied into Payment gateway. Payment gateway for Visa/MasterCard is managed via API token. In addition to Visa/MC, Paypal option is available. Only Freelancers who demonstrate proof of extensive experience in this area will be considered. Update the Admin CP to include any additional Content Management for new design. (i.e. Social Media Apps, embedded Video, etc.) Part 2: Update existing Admin CP to accommodate for site changes: Evaluate the existing Admin CP and update it to accommodate for multiple transactions under the same Customer ID Update Admin CP to support all the additional Content Management including management of Customer CP content and data access permissions. Part 3: Create multi-function Customer CP based on the following requirements: - Authenticated log-in - multiple orders for new service or changes to services/subscriptions - Upload files by Customer into Customer directory on the server. - Internal Messaging system for communicating / ticketing between Customer and Admin - Customer online activity log and the most important component of Customer CP: - Create and print a PDF form containing Customer-inputed data. - Customer CP shall contain Questionares to allow submit personal data by customer. - Once customer data is entered, the CP must have the ability to converting this date from Customer Questionares into printable PDF files - These PDF files are specific forms and contracts. Some forms are simple with only a couple of fields such as customer name and date. Some forms a bit more complicated with about 10-15 fields. But there are two types of Data Information Forms with close a 100 unique fields each, where some of these fields come with pre-set multiple choice values - entered either by check box or fall-down). The specific PDF designs will be provided. The attached files show the examples of the one of most simple form ([login to view URL]) and the most complex form ([login to view URL]) that will be populated and created with data entered from Customer CP. Freelancers may bid on any particular Part of the project separately. Freelancer must confirm that they are available to work full-time on this project. Once the work starts, we will require your full-time attention to the project until it is finished.
