Convert Files to Access Database
Column headers May be similar to Approved Column Headers ( tables in Access) therefore a Conversion routine is required that will allow the user to map the Original Named Fields in each of the files to the appropriate / approved column headers
Save reports in multiple Fromats
From a specific Directory [default File Directory (desktop: **XLS-Original**]
Automatically Import up to 10 XLS spreadsheets [default file names ex: **[login to view URL]]**
On dashboard allow for function of entering File Directory Name and Location and file box to select files /file names
This will overwrite original default File directory and default file names of:
(For example original test will have Directory on desktop and
Directory will be Called “**XLS-Original**
Each called:
**[login to view URL] / [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] / … [login to view URL])**
**Translation of Column Headers:**
The issue here is that each of the XLS files that need to be imported? may have column headers that are not exactly the same names as the default Column headers.
Each spreadsheet contains similar but not exactly the same Column Headers,
Translation Mapping function executable From the dashboard will be required.
Translation of Column Headers:
By each File Name
For Default: [login to view URL]
(Option to select file name is required/ this will overwrite Default file names.)
Upon executing each Report from dashboard
[Create 5 Report Buttons)
Rpt1: List “All Holders??
Rpt2: List All “Watch??
RPT3 List Combined Holders? and Watch?? in two separate Columns

I just use this as an example until I can get the required Approved Column Headers. And also will get the original names used by each group.

this is an enhanced MS Access project that requires a few dashboard functions and a report mechanism along with a template that allows users to map original XLS Column headers for each file to be uploaded so that they will link or match to the approved column headers or Table names in MS Access Database
And final output to be printed and saved in generic XLS and CSV formats for further processing
