We would like to import Ical events and To-do's to Microsoft Outlook. They would be sent as an attachment on an email to a client. We are looking for a VBscript or VBA extension for a Microsoft Outlook client. The script would be able to process incoming email and check it for the presence of an iCalendar or .ics format file. It would also check that it came from a specific email address. Upon detecting such an email with an attachment it should prompt the user to accept or deny each event or task in that file. Each user approved event or task parsed from that file would be placed in that users Outlook Calender. There will be an option also to accept all entries. Duplicate entries will not apear. The script must parse and detect multiple events in an iCalender file. In addition the solution provider must demonstrate previous knowledge or competency in fulfilling this request. In addition a recent client reference would be welcome if available. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please contact us! We look forward to hearing from you.
