192133 script fix simple

I have a script to transfer data from old db to wordpress db. There are 3 problems during transfer 1. It doesn't update the "count" field under wp_term_taxonomy table. 2. It doesn't remove the special characters (e.g. ?!*$'.....) in wp_posts:post_name and wp_posts:guid 3. Some posts are transfered as future post, But they are not displayed on the front page when the time come.
