Affiliate Program Setup then Commision based on number of affiliates who sign up

Hi there, I have just launched an adult porn site. I have an affiliate site already setup but the affiliate program behind it needs to be setup by you. (link domain added to my server, payment providers setup). Once the affiliate program is working correctly, I will need you to market my website. For each affiliate who signs up to our affiliate program successfully, I will give £5 commission. I would hope to get over 100 affiliates to sign up. So to recap I will need you to do the following: 1) Get my affiliate program correctly setup. This includes adding the link domain, setting up 2 or 3 payment providers such as paypal 2) Market the website and attract affiliates to signup. For each affiliate fully signed up and registered £5 commission will be paid. You will need some coding experience as the link domain is added to the Apache configuration in the server.
