Amazon - Sizes add to amazon template and update category template

Hi I need someone to add to the amazon template, which I believe can be done. At the moment I have a wordpress website that has the sizes as XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL. I am using WP-lister to feed the products to Amazon but amazon is not recognising the sizing because their template. At the moment I am getting this message. The variation_theme field contains an invalid value: L. To correct this error, choose from the valid set of values. Also I need the template to be updated. It says this at the moment Warning: We've noticed that you are using an older Category Template that will no longer be accepted starting January 31st, 2019.
