Build android x86android Virtual machine or help create rooted mobile device with similiar.

Hi I am looking for someone to build me an androidx86 VM with systemless root with magisk plus xposed framework installed with the correct ones chosen to allow for IEMI switching , device changing (Id like the IEMI and device to match to something realistic to that phone number/model, spoofing location perfectly, change mac address and ofcourse disguise root. If possible spoofing phone models/devices only realeased in australia to be virtualised along with serials and other factors related specifically to AUS. Im open to all options so that app does not know its not on normal android phone, emulators , actually rooting android device and installing correct stuff. Understamd the issue with being able to detect touchscreen etc but this app does not seem to care about that. Like ive just figured out using virtual box exposes the fact your spoofing android operating system wich was outragous. Id buy any tablet, phone whatever aslong as its able to totally and completely spoff another phone model totally indistiguishable from the last. Im not sure what correct xposed modules would work best. Obviously we need to change IEMI and spoof the device model but how about mac address or using genuine google play accont from AU? Xprivacy? fake mobile location? There seems to be xposed modules specifically made for some australian banks to hide root. Im not sure how there version differs from rootclock? I got no idea how people run the same app multiple times either. To simplify id like to use mobile IP from australia. But then if you fake GPS this wont match the coordinates given by the ip ?? Ill have proper gmail, sim all ready. But yes would like to just flat out purchase the item as either android rom or VM download.
