Build an Online Store

I'm looking for a module for either prestashop (preferably) or magento to be developed that mimmicks the functionality of [login to view URL] A performer who is looking to sell their designs via our DTG printing company applies for a store of their own [login to view URL] We handle all shipping, printing etc. Talent receive a per-sale commission percentage set individually by admin Once approved for a store, can upload their own designs for approval with 1 upload for mock-up and 1 for print ready file (with admin ability to add specifications) Talent are able to log into a front end panel that shows earnings report, most popular designs Each talent store has a unique /URL (dynamically checked at time of application) Each talent store includes a header graphic that can be uploaded by talent pending review by admin Each talent store includes a short bio and instagram, facebook and twitter links Different categories of vendors able to be added, with each category being able to "feature" x amount of vendors and automatic "top sellers" (example: the Apparel Stores menu drop down) Admin backend able to edit all of the above New designs require approval Orders go into regular order list There are many "marketplace"/"vendor" modules around, however they do not meet this scenario's needs
