Build me a PHP Application

Hi, I need you to build me a PHP Application , very simple, to manage my group of writers. The application should have a console where I enter details of writer It should also have another console where I enter my orders, from this orders i should have fields like, order_id order_site(selection of either SiteE or SiteU), order_description order_status order_deadline_at_Site Order_Deadline_to_Writer order_totalpayment_at_site order_pages order_cpp_at_site(=order_payment_at_site / order_pages) writer_cpp (to be entered) deductions (to be entered) writer_total_payment (=writer cpp * order_pages - deductions) writer_assigned(select from writer table) payment_status (either paid or not-paid) DEADLINE FIELDS SHOULD BE DATE-TIME PICKERS CPP and PAYMENT FIELDS should format in currency writer assigned should select a writer from the table where writer are stored Writers have their own table with details like writer_name writer_phone_no writer_alt_phone_no writer_email So on the order page , when selecting a writer to assign it should retrieve names from the sql table for writer PLEASE NOTE I HAVE POSTED THIS PROJECT BEFORE AND GOT POOR WORK AND I LOST MONEY THROUGH THOSE MILESTONES, THIS TIME AM WILLING TO PAY ONLY AFTER SEEING THE PROJECT WORKING WELL, DEFINITELY IF YOU DO GOOD WORK I KNOW I WILL NEED YOU AGAIN FRO ADJUSTMENTS...
