Build a query from dropdowns in Laravel

Using laravel I can't manage to pass some html dropdown values from my view to my controller. That's the first step. Second step it's to use that variable to build a query. This query will combine 3 variables. Third step is to return the result of that query in another new view. I will pass you my code and i need you to make it work and answer my questions related to what you did so i can know what was wrong. What i need: - 4 Working dropdowns passing values to a controller after submit a form using GET action. (don't know if you are gonna need several controllers, i don't mind) - Build simple query inside the controller (or controllers) - Send the query result to a new view (or redirect to the same current view with the results below).
