Do I just need to make login page or I have to submit the form to server and it will authenticate the user and based on response I have to redirect the page to success/home page or error page? Also do you want links like 'Forget Password'? Also do you want to put Javascript validation for empty user/password or some specific validation etc. Please provide me your requirement and design template and I can start work right now also I can suggest you more things if you share about your application.
