Create a basic CRM system for managing links

Brief: Create a basic custom CRM system for me to personal use to manage our social media posting and content source. Theme: I have purchased this theme: [login to view URL] Login - Just requires a password that I can set as only I will be using this Navigation: This should have the options on as below: URL Submission Page: there should be a page with a box (that is mobile and desktop ready) where I can submit facebook or youtube video links. This page should not be secure so I can easly access it on multiple devices. Once submitted the page should refresh and the link be added to the list. Display Submission Links Internal: On this page it needs to display the links I have submitted to be worked on. It needs to display the URL submitted (facebook or youtube) next to the url there needs to be a button to download the video from a chosen 3rd party downloader (possibly we chose 2 or 3 3rd party’s encase one stops working) if its possible to pull through the video name / preview of the image that would be preferred. – Option to mark as complete, so once I have done with the file I click complete it goes into a separate page for completed videos. Schedule Diary: Here is the page where had a list of times of days we post when scheduling posts. What I do now is print this off and after posting to a set time I cross out each page as I go so I know when to post the next time. Needs to be similar to this and be easy for me to just click the time and it crosses all the pages out (for that time) or click them individually and it will blank them out. Must be able to add more pages (to the list) as we are always growing. Once this is done we will start to add more features to this.
