I want to create a webapp which user should be able to interact in english and hindi language. It will be kind of chat layout where bot will be asking questions to user and user will speak the reply and app should understand it and select the available option. Will discuss more once I will select the developer. Freelancer will have to sign a Non-disclosure Agreement to work on this project. Freelancers agree to keep details discussed through private messages and files as confidential. I will sent the NDA document once I will select the developer.
