I will use python to make the program. The automation will be done by Selenium so It will not run on your main browser but will run on other browser browser window. The GUI will be implemented by Tkinter (Py library for GUI). All of tasks you mentioned on the description will be done by the bot.

Hello, Your project seems like a very simple one and should be doable in a matter of hours, not days. I work for a fortune 500 company (Sorry, anonymity is required) making automation tools for their call center representatives. Your project would be easier than most of the tools I make on a regular basis. I would likely approach this by creating an MS Access application with a small UI form that would run continuously in the background. using either IE automation or UI Automation, the required steps should be very simple to design.
