DEV OPS - Need simple cpanel cli PHP scripts

Hello, We are installing sites on cpanel hostings, that allow CLI access from the PHP code. We need a simple PHP script, that: 1) function that check if current hosting is supporting these 2 following functions 2) create an ftp account on the cpanel. generate random name and random password, and return to user (ui) 3) revoke the ftp account - will delete the ftp account from the cpanel. we basically need a PHP page with 2 buttons. show error message on page if hosting is not supporting, and disable the 2 buttons. doing good work, and prices well will continue with other functionalities we need over ssh through PHP level.
