Development needed for a low budget mobile website with firebase integration.

Hello, I have created designs and mock ups on Adobe XD for how this mobile platform should look and operate. I will need firebase integration. The website is a platform that allows users to create a page that displays links, featured items, and an Instagram feed. There is a link generated for each users page, which they then add to their bio on social media. Firebase is to be used to store user information, and host the platform. Users will also be able to shorten links: A user will use the tool by entering a link, the site generates a shorter link ([login to view URL] for example) that is assigned to the inputted link. When the user sends people to our link, they will be directed to the users inputted site. Statistics are also kept. There are 3 elements to this platform. There is a front end, and a back end which the user can log into to manage their front end site. The first element is simply links and titles. This is managed on the users backend. The second is the users instagram. They log in with instagram, and it loads their latest 8 images. In the back end, they are displayed and the user can add links to each of them. On the front end, when a visitor clicks on one of the instagram photos, they are taken to the associated link. The final is the featured items. For this, the user adds an image, title, price, and link in their backend. On the frontend page the visitor will see this and it looks like a product. when the visitor clicks anything on these items they are taken to the link associated. Although I have designs, I do not have any of the development planned out. I would like to work with the selected developer together, to ensure we are on the same page. Please note that this project is very low budget. It is a personal venture, however great for experience/reviews etc. Also, following this project I will have funding for a full site (not just mobile).
